It's a beautiful house for a family with children, couples traveling together, or anyone who wants to get away from the well-worn travel path to find this gorgeous stretch of beach where the Argentines go to bask in the sun.

Valeria del Mar is also a wonderful place to stay in the off-season, with plenty of quiet coupled with the benefits of a year-round community. You just might finally write that first novel or finish a stack of books while sitting atop the dunes or inside one of the many coffee shops.

The five towns in the Pinamar Beach area are part of a safe, friendly community where many families have owned homes for generations. This home in Valeria del Mar is located next to Carilo, an upscale community that was built within a diverse forest along the ocean, which has fabulous restaurants, great shopping, and fun nightlife. The larger town of Pinamar has all the amenities and comforts you could possibly need, with a main street of sidewalk cafes and stores that stay open into the late hours.
