Viejo Almacen and the real Tango

Built in 1798, it started out as a general store and then converted into a hospital. In the early 1900s, the building was transformed into a "tango bar". The love of tango has kept this bar open. Tango star Edmundo Rivero bought the building in 1969 and through his fame, the bar has become even more popular.

A trip to Buenos Aires is not complete until you have experienced the magic of the tango!
